I highly recommend ActiveRx. I had a back injury that kept me off the golf course, and after trying chiropractors, an MRI, and multiple PT referrals, I still wasn’t getting better. Kyle and Lisa were fantastic and put together a plan that finally worked. I’m now back on the golf course and completely pain-free. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with an injury.

I had a great experience working with Kyle. He is incredibly thorough and professional, while still being down-to-earth, personable, and realistic in his approach. He took the time to walk me through his assessments, explain what he was finding, and—most importantly—explain what those findings actually meant in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated that his recommendations felt practical and individualized rather than like a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. The facility itself is also excellent and has everything needed right on site. I would absolutely recommend Kyle and ActiveRx to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and approachable physical therapist.

I was having knee pain from playing pickleball. Dr. Kyle performed dry needling on the knee and almost instantly the pain was reduced. In addition, he recommended several exercises and stretches I should use on a daily basis to increase strength and mobility!

First time having to do physical therapy for anything and it was for a frozen shoulder. Kyle and Lisa came up with an exercise program focused on the problem. After just a few visits my range of motion had already started to increase. They constantly added new exercises to continue to improve shoulder’s movement. I’m nearing the end of treatment and can honestly say my shoulder is near 100%. They were great to work with throughout this process, listened to concerns and would adjust exercises based off your current status. I know if I ever need anything like this in the future I’ll be in great hands with them.

I’ve been working with Dr. Kyle on mobility and strength training specifically for my golf game, and the results have been outstanding. He takes a very personalized approach, identifying and addressing the specific aches, pains, and limitations in my body rather than using a one-size-fits-all program. Each session leaves me feeling stronger, more flexible, and better prepared to perform. I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in my recovery, which has made a big difference both on and off the course. If you’re serious about improving your performance and taking care of your body the right way, I highly recommend working with Dr. Kyle.

Highly recommend Active Rx! I came in with back misalignment and noticeable discomfort, and they helped get everything back on track. They took the time to explain what was going on and adjusted treatment based on how I was feeling. My back feels so much better now. Definitely someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about their patients.

Kyle and his team have always been generous with their time, volunteering to provide services during special fitness events and competitions. They have helped me with calf soreness and foot pain over the years. He made dry needling as painless and anxiety free as I could have hoped for. They have always been kind and welcoming. I highly recommend using them if you are an active person experiencing some sort of issue.
